Contracting identity
The service is presented by Phu Quoc Times Media under the PhuQuocTimes Tickets brand. The contracting entity is CONG TY TNHH PHU QUOC TIMES, Vietnamese tax code 1702330018, registered at Group 06, Chua Ong Alley, Cua Lap, Duong To, Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang, Vietnam.
Role of the agency
We provide independent ticket guidance, order support, payment matching and voucher delivery. Attraction operators supply and operate the underlying services. We do not control their staffing, safety decisions, schedules, maintenance, closures or admission enforcement.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate guest, category, date and contact information.
- Review the product, total, voucher and operator conditions promptly.
- Pay only through the displayed or directly confirmed instructions.
- Keep vouchers and payment references secure.
- Arrive on time with required identification and follow operator rules.
- Contact us promptly when an order appears incorrect.
Prices and obvious errors
Prices are displayed in VND and may be date-dependent. We may correct an obvious pricing, data-entry or system error before ticket issue. If an affected paid order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, the customer may accept the corrected terms or receive an eligible refund.
Availability and operator changes
Availability is not guaranteed until the relevant booking is confirmed. Operators may change schedules, routes, attractions, casts, facilities or operating conditions. We will pass on material information received and available remedies but cannot guarantee that every advertised element operates on every date.
Intellectual property
PhuQuocTimes text, design, photographs, brand assets and original guides may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission. Operator names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.
Liability boundaries
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, our responsibility relates to the agency services we provide. We are not responsible for independent operator conduct, customer failure to follow instructions, travel disruption outside our control or indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable from the order.
Prohibited resale and misuse
Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, altered, scraped in bulk, used fraudulently or purchased with unauthorised payment instruments. Suspected misuse may result in order suspension and referral to the payment provider, operator or authorities.
Vietnamese law, complaints and disputes
These terms are intended to operate under applicable Vietnamese law. Complaints should first follow our Customer Complaints and Support process. We will attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent Vietnamese authority or court. Consumers retain mandatory rights under applicable law.
