How an online order works
- Choose the attraction, product, visit date and guest quantities.
- Provide accurate customer and contact information.
- Review the product, total price and booking status.
- For direct-booking products, create the order and use the generated VietQR.
- Contact us before purchasing Sun shows, Sun Bavaria or packages containing them.
- Receive payment confirmation and the electronic voucher through the selected contact channel.
VietQR and SePay
VietQR prepares a bank transfer to the displayed receiving account. SePay notifies our order system when a matching incoming transfer is detected. SePay confirmation is not itself the attraction voucher; ticket delivery follows successful order verification.
Exact amount and PQT reference
Transfer the exact VND amount shown and keep the complete PQT reference unchanged in the transfer description. The amount, receiving account and reference are used together to match payment automatically.
Wrong amount, account or reference
Do not immediately send a second payment. Contact +84 363 615 739 or tickets@phuquoctimes.com with the payer name, amount, transfer time, bank reference and order details. The transaction will be reviewed manually. Any balance or eligible refund will be handled only after reconciliation.
Payment-confirmation timeframe
A correctly matched SePay transfer is normally recorded shortly after the bank reports it. Network, bank or webhook delays can occur. If the status has not changed within 30 minutes, contact support and keep the bank receipt.
Direct booking and confirmation-first products
Check your dates and guests, then pay online. Our team checks the booking details and issues your tickets after verified payment. Contact us before purchasing Sun shows, Sun Bavaria or any package containing them. These items cannot use automatic checkout. Child and senior package rates are not published yet. Request a complete group price, or book individually priced tickets. The adult subtotal is not the full group price.
Currency and charges
Website prices and order totals are in Vietnamese dong (VND). The customer is responsible for any bank, currency-conversion or international-transfer charges and must ensure the net amount received matches the order total.
Fraud, duplicates and suspicious payments
We may pause fulfillment while verifying inconsistent payment details. Duplicate transactions are recorded separately and reviewed. We never ask for banking passwords, PINs or OTPs. Refunds, where due, are made through a traceable method after payer verification.
