Information we collect
- Name, email, telephone number and preferred contact channel.
- Visit date, selected product, guest quantities and ticket-category information.
- Country, hotel and notes when voluntarily supplied.
- Order, voucher, payment amount, PQT reference and payment-status records.
- Support communications, complaints and resolution records.
- Technical information necessary for security, reliability and analytics, such as device, browser and interaction data.
Why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, create and fulfill orders, verify payment, obtain or deliver tickets, provide same-day support, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.
Order and payment records
We store order totals, references and SePay transaction notifications needed for reconciliation. We do not request or store online-banking passwords, card PINs or OTPs. The customer’s bank and payment services process the underlying transfer.
Who may receive information
Necessary information may be shared with attraction operators or ticket suppliers, SePay and relevant payment or banking services, communication and email providers, hosting and technical providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. We do not sell customer personal information.
Retention
Order, payment, tax and dispute records are retained for the period required by applicable Vietnamese accounting, tax, consumer and legal obligations. Enquiry and support data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, security and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential storage for functionality and limited analytics to understand performance and navigation. Non-essential advertising or profiling technologies should not be activated without an appropriate notice and consent mechanism where required.
Security
We use access controls, private administration, encrypted HTTPS transport and limited disclosure. No internet system is completely secure; customers should protect vouchers, payment receipts and contact accounts.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact tickets@phuquoctimes.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Explain the request and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. We may verify identity and may retain information that law requires or that is needed for valid claims, fraud prevention or security.
